Lindsey Cole
I've spent years exploring Britain's rivers, lakes and coastline through endurance swimming, Ironman triathlons and marathon swims.
Swimming has taken me on incredible adventures from Alcatraz to rescuing a drowning cow as I mermaided the length of the Thames, but my favourite part is helping other people discover what they're capable of.
My coaching style is encouraging, practical and fun. Whether you're nervous about your first open water swim or training for a big challenge, I'll help you become a more confident swimmer.
Some of my experience includes: Ironman triathlons, Windermere, multiple Oceanmans, 10km+ open water events and the length of the Thames, Avon and across the Bristol Channel in my mermaid tail.
